Most orders ship from our warehouse at zip code 85219 the same day you order if your order is place by 2PM Mountain STANDARD Time. Remember that transit times do not include weekends and holidays. There are no pick-ups from our warehouse on weekends and holidays and no deliveries on those days. The only exception is that Next Day Air shipped Friday may qualify for an added cost Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is not available in most rural areas.

Bad weather will delay air shipments. Service time guarantees from UPS do not apply to weather delays. So order Next Day Air and it will probably be on time, but not always. Service times are always business days, so Two Day Air does not count in weekends and holidays. A Two Day Air shipped on Thursday would be delivered the next Monday.
What will delay my order?
Most of our order processing is automated and flows very quickly; anything that causes an order to be processed by hand will delay it.
Make sure the billing address on your order matches the address on file with your credit card company. Any address not authorized by your credit card company will not be shipped until we have verified the order.
We verify these orders primarily by phoning the address that is authorized by your bank. We will only phone numbers that are listed in the phone book. Cell phones and unlisted phone numbers will not be called for verification. If you don’t have a listed phone number at your billing address you might supply a neighbors phone or your work phone.
We do not accept phone orders during busy times and phones are rarely answered during these times. If you need to contact us, do it by email, we do our business on the web and by email, not on the phone. If you need to make a change to your order, email us at once and include your order number in your email. Orders are often packed and on our loading dock within minutes of being placed. Once an order is packed it is extremely difficult to find in the piles of boxes waiting for UPS. Once UPS picks up the order it cannot be changed in any way. UPS only accepts address corrections after a delivery attempt has been made.
