Special note on on-line credit card usage:

Our site uses a secure server for your credit card information and it is extremely rare for this type of system to ever be compromised.

Is your credit card information safe? We only have 2 people in our company authorized to view credit card info and we do not store credit card information on our company computers. Any papers we have with credit card info are shredded daily. It is much more likely for your credit card info to be stolen by an employee at a local store or restaurant when you hand them your card for a purchase. Hotels seem to be a hot spot for credit card theft.

Most purchases we see with stolen credit cards have the correct verification code.  No online credit card payment system is allowed to save that code in any way. This is a REQUIREMENT of all the credit card companies. That means all these credit card thefts are not coming from on-line purchases from any legitimate company.

It is just a waste of your time to chat with a shipping clerk or salesperson that is not qualified to trouble shoot your product or explain it's proper operation.  Their usual response to you will be CONTACT TECH SUPPORT FIRST

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

Our return policy is primarily to make sure the unit you purchase works properly and as advertised.  We DO NOT have a "Use It & Return It policy".  Please make sure that you are purchasing the RIGHT device for YOUR application.  If you’re not familiar with GPS units & how they operate, go to a local retailer and see them.  The extra money you pay there may be worth a more liberal return policy. Returns are extremely expensive and time consuming for us. Our prices are extremely low with profit margins too low for most businesses to operate...so we must pass on the cost of the return to you. We pay a percentage of the sale to the credit card company when a sale is made; then pay an additional, sometimes higher percentage if a refund is made.

 

ALL the units are complicated and take time to learn to use properly.  EXPECT to spend some time with the instruction manual.  The GPS units for your car have become much easier to use in recent years to the point where many no longer come with instruction manuals. Although they are easy to use; plan on spending time learning how they work in real life. Maps are never perfect and there will be times when certain streets will be missing from the GPS map. It typically takes a year or two for new streets to be on the maps, so be prepared that the brand new freeway doesn't show up on your GPS. Always use your brain first and your GPS second.

 

GPS units for COMMERCIAL TRUCKS are brand new on the market and are in the development phase that the car GPS units were about 3 years ago.  They are complicated to use and the truck data is still incorrect for some parts of the country.  We expect the map data to be much improved in the coming year as well as programming upgrades to make them easier to use. They will always be more complicated to use than car GPS units and you will need practice to use them to your best advantage.  Always use your brain first and your GPS second.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON TRACKING UNITS. THE MANUFACTURER WILL REPLACE THE UNIT IF IT IS DEFECTIVE.

 

Our Tracking products are extremely effective and it has been our experience that many people will find out what they need to know or "catch the bad guy" within a few days; then want to return the tracking unit. 

 

Talk to one or our reps at 480-982-1161 about how these work and make sure you are getting the correct unit for your needs.  We have several types of trackers because every situation is different and you need to get the correct type of tracker to handle your own situation properly.  If you have one specific job to do you may be better off to rent a unit.

 

 

Many of the tracking & locating GPS units are installed under the dash.  The installation is extremely simple for a professional car alarm installer; BUT it may not be that easy for you to crawl under your dash and hook up a power wire, so keep in mind you may have to take it to a car alarm or car radio installer  and pay them to put it in for you. We do not accept returns on equipment that has been installed.

 

RETURNS:

  3. AFTER tech support advises you to return the product you may either return it to the manufacturer or to GPSonsale if within 30 days of purchase. If we do not have a replacement in stock, you will need to return the defective unit to the manufacturer.  Factory Refurbished units will normally need to be returned direct to the factory as they are usually special purchases and replacements not available to us.
  4. After 30 days of purchase we do not accept returns.
  5. Upon receipt of defective product that meets the above conditions; GPSonsale will send you a replacement item.  We do not charge for this exchange service. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT WILL BE MADE.

  7. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  8. Shipping charges for all returns are paid by customer and should be insured for the customer’s protection
  9. After 30 days, manufacturer warranty applies and you should contact manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  10. Items returned to GPSonsale within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange will be charged a minimum 20 % restocking fee.  Charges WILL BE HIGHER if product shows obvious wear, damage, or has missing parts or packing materials.
  11. Units that have been installed are not returnable 
  12. Restocking fee may be partially waived if items are returned in perfect, unopened condition or if the shipping company returns product to GPSonsale as undelivered to or refused by the customer.  We do not attempt to make money off returned items.  We are simply passing on the cost of reselling a used item at discount.
  13. Software is not returnable unless returned by shipper undelivered to or refused by customer.  Sorry, but it is too easy to make a copy and then return for refund.
  14. Systems that require software seals to be broken before use, such as the Garmin StreetPilot and Navman iCN630 are not returnable once seals are broken.
  15. Tracking units that have been installed are not returnable except as a defective exchange
  16. Real time tracking units have their service activated in your name when shipped. Any activation charges  and minimum service commitment is not refundable.  
  17. No returns after 30 days of purchase.
